Ripples of Peace

I fix my mind inwardly between the eyebrows on the shoreless lake of peace. I watch the eternal circle of rippling peace around me. The more I watch intently, the more I feel the wavelets of peace spreading from the eyebrows to the forehead, from the forehead to the heart, and on to every cell in my body. Now the waters of peace are overflowing the banks of my body and inundating the vast territory of my mind. The flood of peace flows over the boundaries of my mind and moves on in infinite directions.

A New Day

Every day is a fresh, new beginning! Every day my world is made new by the thoughts I choose to think. My only tie to the past is the memory I hold in my mind. I keep the memory of the good experiences and I treasure them. I learn from past negatives, and then release their memories back into the past where they belong. I spend this day living in the Now. I am fully present to the golden opportunities that come my way. I remember that Good is always trying to make its way into my life and I am willing to see those opportunities as they arise.
