This woman in Bhutan is holding a prayer wheel that has a small chain and weight attaced to it. There is a prayer embossed on the surface of the hollow cylinder and inside is a roll of paper with many prayers printed on it in tiny writing. As she twirls the wheel clockwise the prayers go out to the universe.
