In Unity With All Things

Taisen Deshimaru (1914-1982) was a Japanese Soto Zen Buddhist teacher and writer. I think the following quotation is a lovely way to enter into a peaceful awakening of the Oneness within.

To study the way of the Buddha is to study oneself,
To study oneself is to forget oneself,
To forget oneself is to find oneself in unity with all things.
