Where are you looking for me, friend?
Look! Here I am right within you.
Not in temple, nor in mosque,
Neither am I in rites and ceremonies.
Not in legs winding around your own neck,
Nor in eating nothing but vegetables.
When you really look for me,
You will find me instantly—
I am the breath inside the breath.
I am right here within you.
